Introspection Exercise:

Seek After Knowledge

It is often said that the individual who refuses to read and the person who cannot read shares a remarkable commonality … ignorance. While this may not necessarily be true there is a direct relationship between not wanting to embrace knowledge and ignorance. The gift of knowledge is the power to change your life.

When we speak of the acquisition of knowledge, the knowledge we speak of is limited to that which enables the individual to enter the advanced state of the consciousness so that their life may be guided by the higher governing principle.

But this knowledge often puts individuals at variance with the self (religious) school of thought.

Today I implore us all to seek after that knowledge. ‘Seek until you find. It is the one who seeks that finds.’ And remember, ‘Happy is the one who stands alone. It is that individual who will find the kingdom (the higher governing principle)’. The Gospel of Thomas.
